How much does registration cost? |

If you are a sales agent, registration and access to contact information of companies needing agents is absolutely free, once you are approved by our administrator.
If you are a company needing sales agents, registration plans start as low as Indian Rs. 499. Once you are registered, all the sales agents on our system will be able to see your contact information and contact you whenever they want. Or if you want to contact a sales agent yourself, you can use a contact ticket to see their contact details. With your registration plan, we give you free contact tickets. The number of free contact tickets will depend on the registration plan selected. If needed, you may purchase more contact tickets at any time. |

How do I get the contact information of a member I would like to contact? |

If you are a registered sales agent, then all you need to do is log in to your account and go to the company's Company Detail page. A sales agent has access to the contact information of all companies on the system. You can contact companies whenever you choose. It is absolutely free! If you are a registered company needing sales agents in India, and you have a contact ticket available, you can contact a sales agent by first logging in to your account. Then go to their Sales Agent Detail page and click on the Get Contact Information button in their profile. Upon doing this, the page will refresh and you will see their contact information, which was previously marked as confidential. You can also view your recently contacted agents (for the past 30 days) by going to the Recently Contacted Sales Agents page in your account. |

How many such members can I get the contact details of? |

If you are registered as a sales agent, then you can see contact details of all companies on the site. You cannot see contact details of other sales agents though.
If you are registered as a company needing sales agents, then with each contact ticket, you can get contact details of one sales agent. With your registration plan, we give free contact tickets. The number of free contact tickets depends on the registration plan selected. If needed, you can purchase more contact tickets whenever you want. Companies cannot get contact details of other companies, only sales agents. |

When does my registration plan expire? |

If you are registered as a sales agent, your registration plan will not expire. If you are registered as a company needing sales agents, the duration of your registration plan depends on the plan which you have selected. For companies, in order to be seen in search results and to be able to contact or be contacted, you will need to renew your registration plan once it expires. This means that you will no longer be visible in search results and cannot contact or be contacted until you purchase another registration plan. |

How can I renew my registration or featured plan? |

Your registration or featured plan will not renew automatically after it is expired.
You will need to renew the plan by logging in to your account and going to the Manage Subscribed Plans page. From there you can purchase a new registration and/or featured plan. |

How can I purchase more contact tickets? |

Sales agents will not need contact tickets to contact companies. But if you are a company and you would like to buy more contact tickets, just log in to your account and go to the Manage Subscribed Plans page. From there you can purchase more contact tickets. |

Is there a way to climb to the top of search results instantly? |

Yes, it’s quite simple. All you need to do is log in to your account and you will climb to the top of search results. Please note that featured members will always be at the top of all search results and will hence get maximum visibility. Non-featured members can never climb above the featured members at the top. But they can climb to the top of non-featured results by logging in. Even if you are a featured member, you can climb to the top of featured results simply by logging in. This mechanism ensures that members who are more active are at the top and are seen more than members who are less active. |

Will I be active as soon as I complete registration? |

Not immediately. You will be seen in search results and can contact/be contacted as soon as admin activates your profile. You will be sent an e-mail once this is done. Admin will activate your profile as soon as he approves your profile and sees that all payments (if required) have been made successfully. You can see your current status if you log in and go to your Manage Subscribed Plans page. |

What could happen to a sales agent or company that does not respond to contacts? |

If we notice this happening on a regular basis, we could inactivate or delete their account. This is done as a courtesy to other members who spend their time and contact tickets (for companies) and get no response. We would usually give warnings before we take any action though.
If you are a member and notice that some other member is not responding to your attempts to contact them, please do let us know about it. |

Yes. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page to know all the details. You are required to go through that page before registering. A few points are mentioned here again for reference:
Each member of the Website agrees to keep their account current including contact information and all the other information in their account. They agree that for the e-mail address provided in their account, the inbox shall not be full for unreasonable periods of time. This e-mail address should not be blocking e-mail from SalesAgentIndia.com.
Members agree to log in to their SalesAgentIndia.com account at least once every 30 days. If a member does not intend to continue using the Website on a regular basis, they agree to inform SalesAgentIndia.com, who will in turn inactivate or delete the profile of the member.
Sales agents agree to respond in a timely manner every time they are contacted by a company, whether they are interested in the opportunity or not. This is because companies use a contact ticket each time they contact a sales agent. Companies also agree to respond in a timely manner every time they are contacted by a sales agent.
Members agree to open only one account each on SalesAgentIndia.com. |
