We are a company based in Chennai and have been engaged in the Pharmaceutical Industry for both
domestic and export markets of branded and generic pharmaceutical oral dosage forms. Currently we
have been instrumental for creating a Joint Venture with a leading wine producer in Australia with
28 vineyards in the New South Wales Region, and a Distillery based in Pondicherry ( Now Puducherry )
for bottling of bulk red wine in India. The Joint Venture has established brand names of Redwine
from Australia, and has the technical support of storage, filtration, bottling and consistent
supplies of quality wine in bulk format specific emphasize to red wine of the following category,
Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Zinfendel as a first launch range. The launch is
scheduled for May 2010 and we are presently seeking distributors and agents for territories as
mentioned above.
Pricing of the product range as mentioned above are in the region of INR 550/- to INR 750/- fixed
as MRP and agent margins as 20% on MRP we solicit agents/distributors who have an ability to market
a minimum of 100 cases of 12 bottles each of 750ml red wine in the above said range on a monthly
basis to have a distribution exclusivity in the territory.

and Beverage Industry in the form of supply to Hotels, wine and spirits merchants, corporate sales
agents, and suppliers to major chains of food industry. Sales Agent must have the ability to
purchase a minimum of 100 cases per month of 12 bottles of red wine with a deposit of Rs 5 Lakhs .
Agents should have prior knowledge of the wine and spirits segment in their territory and should
have innovative marketing ideas.
